Nicole McAda

Project Coordinator

Nicole McAda was born and raised in Southern Oregon. She grew up ranching side by side with her parents and grandparents on their black angus cattle ranch in the small town of Bonanza. Nicole began her career as a State and Nationally Board-Certified Pharmacy Technician in 2007. She worked for a small independently owned compounding pharmacy for nearly a decade. After the pharmacy sold, Nicole took time to serve and take care of her family of three and to guide her ailing grandparents through palliative care while going back to school to become a phlebotomist. She has a work experience background as a vital statistics clerk, behavioral health direct support professional, and as a small business owner having owned and operated a daycare prior to joining the CLEAR Alliance team. She and her family moved from the Southern Oregon area to Central Oregon in 2017 to better support her husband’s law enforcement career and son’s athletic and scholastic opportunities. In her off-time Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and engaging with community through youth sporting events, kayaking, fishing, camping and exploring all the fun and exciting features Oregon and the Pacific Northwest have to offer. Nicole believes that her former experiences have set the stage for success in her work with CLEAR Alliance. She has a deep passion for helping others, especially youth and young adults. Her hope has always been to find purposeful work that harbors bright futures and healthy childhoods, and she feels she has found the best opportunity to do that by being a part of the CLEAR Alliance team.
